Anna and Tyler’s Cape Cod wedding at Bourne Farm in Falmouth, Massachusetts was a heartfelt celebration of love, family, nature, and the Cape – the perfect blend of their worlds coming together. Though they grew up on opposite sides of the globe, countless invisible strings led them to each other. Anna left Thailand to attend a small liberal arts college in Upstate New York – the same school where Tyler was studying. Years later, they both moved to Los Angeles and even started working for the same company, still as strangers! Then fate stepped in when they matched on a dating app, and the rest was history.
For Tyler, Bourne Farm had always been his dream wedding venue. He spent his childhood summers on Cape Cod, just minutes from the farm. The historic 1775 property is surrounded by cranberry bogs, wildflower gardens, apple orchards, and weathered grey Cape-style barns. For Anna, a passionate gardener and lover of nature, it was also the perfect match.
Their Falmouth wedding weekend began with a cozy welcome party in the barn featuring a local wood-fired pizza truck, homemade ice cream, craft cocktails, and a disco ball ready for dancing to Tyler’s one-of-a-kind jams. On Saturday, they got ready at Tyler’s family home, shared a sweet first look with their beloved pup Sara in the orchard, and exchanged vows overlooking the pond at Bourne Farm. Guests mingled by the barn during cocktail hour before joining the couple under a glowing sailcloth tent, where they laughed, cried, and danced beneath the stars (and boy were there a lot of stars that night!)
Every moment of Anna and Tyler’s Cape Cod wedding felt deeply personal and full of meaning, from the rustic, nature-filled setting, to the Thai fashions and traditions weaved throughout the day, to the joyful celebration that carried late into the night. Their love story continues this winter, as they bring their celebrations to Thailand for part two of their unforgettable journey.
