Alexandra & David’s summertime Boston Public Library wedding had touches of color and whimsy throughout the florals and design. Bride Alexandra sported two dresses, one strapless Sareh Nouri floral gown and one silk, pink traditional qipao for their Chinese tea ceremony. Planned by Kelly Golia Events and florals by Bloom 52, the college sweethearts living in Chicago got a taste of Boston with a luxurious Newbury Hotel Tea Ceremony, a first look at The Boston Public Garden, and a ceremony in the courtyard of the historic Boston Public Library before heading to the bookshelf lined Guastavino Room for dinner and dancing. Their love of teddy bears can also be seen sprinkled throughout the little touches of their day, like David’s cuff links and their cake topper!
