Rose and Jessie grew up on opposite sides of the country, but found each other on OkCupid at Tufts in Boston. Their first date was a little awkward, as it was way too late to be drinking tea and they were both a little nervous. So, they decided to try it again with some froyo, and they finally hit it off. This was right before winter break almost 7 years ago. Rose and Jessie survived long distance studying abroad, graduated a year apart from Tufts, and learned how to enter the world of adulting. They moved to California for grad school and started their life together on the West Coast. The proposals happened in March of 2019, when Jessie proposed on a camping trip and Rose proposed on the beach, because two proposals are better than one! They moved to the East Coast, rescued a Pitbull mix and named her Rocket, and are planning a huge Camp Cody wedding on Lake Ossipee in New Hampshire next summer!
