Planned and designed by the talented Carissa Corsi Events, Izzy & Chris celebrated their classic coastal wedding at a stunning Newport, RI venue with sweeping ocean views. They chose a monochrome black and white palette for their Newport wedding, and Izzy wore an Old Hollywood-inspired Stella York gown featuring a square neckline, pockets, and a detachable statement bow. With pearl-accented accessories and a romantic first look among white hydrangeas overlooking the Atlantic, they embraced true Newport wedding elegance – even as thunderstorms and ocean winds rolled in.
The ceremony took place outdoors just as the skies cleared – Izzy’s dream for a seaside Newport wedding. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour in a chic beige and white striped tent on the lawn, while the wedding party wore all black and carried all-white rose and baby’s breath bouquets for timeless Newport wedding photos. Hand-painted oyster shells doubled as place cards, gold flatware paired with gold-rimmed plates, and classic white florals with greenery created an effortlessly elegant coastal look. After cutting their heart-shaped lambeth cake, Izzy changed into a chic Luciana Corset Mini Dress by V Chapman to dance the night away by the Rhode Island coast.
