Twenty-one guests, two happy lovers, and one tiny pup named Nutmeg made Suzanne & Peter’s intimate Cape Cod wedding at a private estate in Oyster Harbors feel relaxed, coastal, and deeply personal. With only immediate family present at the family home, the day included sentimental touches that honored Suzanne’s roots on the Cape. The newlyweds spent the day barefoot on the beach popping champagne by the ocean at Wianno Beach Club, climbing the jetty barefoot, laughing on the trolley, and dancing under a floral-filled backyard tent to a playlist of ABBA and Pitbull – the perfect vibe for a laid-back Cape Cod beach wedding.
Despite tropical storm Philippe threatening their coastal celebration, the rain stopped just in time for outdoor photos. We captured family portraits on the rolling lawn of the Wianno Club in Osterville with sweeping ocean views, and Suzanne kicked off her heels to run barefoot in the sand – moments that truly captured the spirit of a Cape Cod beach wedding. Later, Suzanne swapped her gown for sneakers and a robe to keep the party going – a perfect ending to a joyful, coastal New England wedding by the sea.
