Nicole & Kirsten’s wedding was a modern, minimalist celebration in black and gold, set against the floor-to-ceiling harbor views of the Institute of Contemporary Art. The couple’s high school tennis sweethearts story came full circle in front of 95 guests, with a gold arbor wrapped in cherry blossom branches, baby’s breath, roses, anemones, and tulips framing their vows. Floral suits, custom tailored looks, candlelit reception tables, and a black fondant cake with gold leaf carried the chic editorial aesthetic from ceremony through dance floor. This Boston museum wedding feature captures a queer-centered celebration on the waterfront, blending contemporary art museum architecture with romantic, modern floral design.
