Elaine & Conor said “I do” in the Public Garden on Friday, but you have to say it like they did, in an adorable Irish accent! These two met EIGHT years ago out dancing, “where we immediately hit it off and got on like a house on fire” ⠀
Conor moved to Boston for work and Elaine is finishing up her residency in Ireland, but that doesn’t phase them – they’ve done distance off and on and know that Skype dates and transatlantic travel is the best cure!
The new Mr. & Mrs. Smyth had a first look (Conor got very emotional!), a sweet Irish ceremony with my dearest JOP Priscilla officiating (and 30 curious onlookers in the park), traveled around Beacon Hill, and ended with a bottle of champagne at the waterfront all before their romantic dinner at Mistral that night!
