Clare & Andrew met eight years ago writing for a legendary local music blog called Allston Pudding. Two cats and a home in Salem later, these two planned an incredible autumn wedding at the Boston Public Library in Copley Square. Clare spent lots of time in the beautiful library during her time at Emerson College, and being such an iconic venue in Boston, was the perfect place to get married.
Clare got ready at a stunning Airbnb in Fenway overlooking the Charles River, while Andrew and his groomsmen got dressed at the famous Boston Park Plaza hotel. They had a teary-eyed first look in the Boston Public Garden surrounded by yellow, red, and orange leaves. Once the sun set, it was time to get married! Guests arrived to a romantic, lit-up courtyard of the library with fall leaves, deep jewel tones, and unique florals sprawled throughout the venue. Guests mingled with appetizers during cocktail hour before heading up to the breathtaking Bates Hall, where dinner was served among the green library lamps. Hand-written table numbers resembled book chapters, and candles and florals lined the tables. They cut cake and danced in the Abbey Room for the rest of the night. CONGRATS to this beautiful Boston couple!
